Travelaux collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, operate the marketplace and remember functional choices.
Information we receive
Journey enquiries may include contact, itinerary and broad travel-support information that you choose to share. The initial form does not ask for diagnoses, prescriptions, reports or medical records. Marketplace accounts and requests are handled in the existing private backend.
How we use it
We use information to assess feasibility, respond, coordinate requested services, secure the website and meet legitimate record-keeping obligations. We do not place support information in public URLs or analytics events.
Preferences and analytics
Language and accessibility preferences are functional and stay on your device. Optional analytics loads only after consent. Declining analytics does not affect the site.
Sharing and retention
Relevant information may be shared with selected suppliers only when necessary for the requested planning and subject to the agreed process. Retention periods, processor terms and statutory bases require professional legal review before launch.
Your choices
You may ask the approved business contact to access, correct or delete eligible information, or withdraw optional consent. Some records may need to be retained where law or an active service requires it.
