Accessibility statement

Access is part of the work, not an overlay claim.

Travelaux aims to make its public website and marketplace journeys usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reflow, high contrast and reduced motion. The first-party preferences panel supplements semantic, accessible code; it does not make automatic compliance claims.

Our current target

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across public pages and marketplace flows. This includes landmarks, headings, focus visibility, labels, error handling, language metadata and assistive-technology support.

Your preferences

Text, spacing, contrast, motion, link emphasis, cursor, reading guide and focus settings are stored only on this device. They can be reset at any time. Read-aloud uses the browser’s own speech feature and never sends page text or form values to a speech service.

Known limits

Older marketplace and legacy service pages are being reviewed progressively. Third-party websites, supplier systems and downloadable documents may have their own accessibility limits. We do not claim that every external service is accessible.

Tell us what is blocking you

Email contact@travelaux.com with the page, the problem, your browser or assistive technology if you wish, and the format you need. We will acknowledge feedback and work toward a practical response.
