Marketplace terms
These MVP terms explain profile review, availability, requests and future commercial changes. They do not replace any service-specific terms later shown before a paid transaction.
For providers
Providers are responsible for accurate profile, service, availability, price, vehicle, licence, permit, insurance, tax and business information. Providers must meet all requirements that apply to their work and location.
Document submission supports Travelaux profile review but does not automatically constitute government verification. False or misleading information may result in rejection or suspension.
For travellers
Provider availability, the final service scope and the final price require confirmation. Ratings reflect individual traveller experiences and are accepted only through a completed-request invitation.
Travellers must provide accurate request information and must not misuse provider information.
Travelaux may review, approve, request changes, reject or suspend a provider profile. Approval is not guaranteed and does not guarantee bookings, safety, licensing or service quality.
Calendar information is declared by providers and remains subject to final confirmation. Providers should keep availability current and respond promptly to assigned requests.
Travelaux may facilitate discovery, communication, booking coordination and review invitations. Providers and travellers remain responsible for the truthfulness of information they submit.
Founding-provider registration is currently free. Travelaux may later propose booking commissions, traveller service fees, optional subscriptions, enhanced listings or onboarding support only through separate notice and acceptance. No marketplace payment is collected in this MVP.
Online payments are not enabled. Booking, cancellation, refund and payment rules will be displayed before paid marketplace transactions are introduced.
Users must not submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access or expose another person’s private information. Personal data is handled as described in the Travelaux Privacy Policy.
