No price or booking promise is made on this website. The written proposal and the confirmed suppliers’ terms govern each booking.
Before confirmation
An enquiry or planning discussion does not create a booking. Any planning fee, deposit or deadline must be stated in writing before payment.
After confirmation
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility may vary by airline, hotel, transport, attraction, visa service, insurer or other supplier. Non-refundable items will be identified where known before confirmation.
Changes linked to support requirements
We will discuss material feasibility changes openly. Refunds cannot be promised where a third party’s valid terms do not allow them, but Travelaux will explain available options.
