Service scope
Travelaux may assist with corporate travel management, corporate flight booking, corporate hotel booking, executive travel management, business visa assistance, MICE travel management, employee travel management and travel policy-aware coordination. Specific inclusions are confirmed separately for each enquiry or engagement.
Quotes, availability and confirmations
Travel options, fares, hotel rates, visa requirements, supplier availability and timelines can change without notice until booking or service confirmation. Any quote or recommendation is subject to availability, supplier terms and timely approval by the client.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveller names, dates, passport details, destination details, company approvals, payment information and any other information required to coordinate travel. Delayed or inaccurate details may affect pricing, availability, booking accuracy or travel readiness.
Payments, cancellations and changes
Payment timelines, refund eligibility, cancellation charges, change charges, no-show rules and supplier fees depend on the terms of the relevant airline, hotel, visa partner, transport provider or other service provider. Confirmed bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on supplier rules.
Visa and documentation support
Travelaux may assist with business visa documentation and travel readiness coordination. Visa approval is always subject to the rules, discretion and processing standards of the relevant embassy, consulate, visa centre or immigration authority. Travelaux cannot guarantee visa approval.
Third-party suppliers
Many travel services are ultimately delivered by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa centres, insurance providers and destination partners. Their own terms, policies, schedules and operational decisions may apply.
Limitation of responsibility
Travel can be affected by supplier changes, weather, operational disruption, government rules, documentation issues, immigration decisions, strikes, delays and other events outside our direct control. Travelaux will aim to support coordination with care, but cannot be responsible for every external travel disruption.
