Inclusive journeys, thoughtfully coordinated

Travel belongs to everyone.

A journey should be shaped around you—not the other way around. We help travellers and their companions plan memorable holidays with practical access and support needs considered from the first conversation.

Designed around the person

Your preferences set the direction.

Whether you travel independently, with family or friends, or with a caregiver, we start with the places you want to experience. We then assess route practicality, transport, accommodation, assistance and pacing before offering a proposal. You can share only the support preferences relevant to your journey.

Our planning approach

Thoughtful preparation. Fewer surprises.

Accessibility varies by destination, property and provider. Our team reviews the practical details before recommending an itinerary.

  1. Tell us what you want to experience

Share your preferred destination, dates, travel companions and what would make the experience comfortable. A diagnosis is not required to start an enquiry.

  2. We assess each part of the journey

We discuss transport, hotel access, attractions, local support and realistic timings. Accessibility claims are checked with the relevant providers where possible.

  3. Review a tailored proposal

We explain known arrangements, limitations, alternatives and the privately agreed price before you decide.

  4. Travel with coordinated support

Confirmed assistance and emergency contact arrangements are shared before departure. Any clinical care must be arranged with suitably qualified professionals.

Questions travellers often ask

What details help you check transport and hotel access?

Tell us whether you travel with a wheelchair, its dimensions and whether you can transfer to a seat. For accommodation, discuss step-free routes, doorway widths, lift access and bathroom layout. We ask suppliers to verify the relevant details before confirming arrangements.

How are sensory and communication preferences considered?

You may tell us about quieter settings, written instructions, language preferences or a slower pace. We discuss feasible arrangements and known limitations; specialist assistance is confirmed separately.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

Our team reviews your destination, dates and practical preferences, follows up on missing details, checks supplier options and prepares a proposal for your review. You do not need to share a medical diagnosis in the public form.

Do I need to travel with a caregiver?

Not necessarily. It depends on your preferences, planned activities, the destination and the support that can actually be arranged. We discuss this individually.

Can you arrange wheelchair-friendly hotels and transfers?

We can investigate suitable accommodation and transport, but accessible facilities and vehicle specifications must be verified for each booking before they are confirmed.

Can older travellers or families use this service?

Yes. This service is for anyone whose comfort, access or support preferences need additional attention, including older travellers and families.

Is medical assistance always included?

No. Medical professionals or specialist services are not automatically included. Where required, availability, scope and cost must be agreed separately.

You do not need to have every detail figured out. Start with your travel plans and the practical arrangements that matter to you.

Plan an accessible journey

Any accessible transport, accommodation, trained assistance or clinical support is subject to individual assessment, supplier confirmation and the written booking inclusions. Travelaux is a travel coordinator, not a clinical-care provider.
